I lived with only a single pair of glasses for sometime in my life. The anxiety was not great - if I break them, I'll not only need to buy a new pair, but call someone, possibly set up an appointment, get hit by a car on the way, etc. I learned to ease the anxiety in my head by purchasing another pair.
This project touches on the realization that glasses are not only a practical means of ones life, but a fashion statement - their doesn't need to be a bad reason to put them on. 
The copy is looking to make the reader feel aspirations of what could be - which is the strongest emotional pull for this specific product line.
